TIRA38 Shuttles Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. At TIRA38 Shuttles, we strive to balance flexibility for our customers with the need for operational reliability. Late cancellations present unique challenges, as they are difficult to fill on short notice. If cancellations occur close to departure, we may have to bear the financial loss or cancel the entire trip, which affects other passengers. To avoid this, we have outlined our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation Policy for Customer-Initiated Cancellations 7 or More Working Days Before Departure: Receive a full refund, minus a fixed administration fee of $30. Or reschedule with no extra charge, once. Between 3 to 6 Working Days Before Departure: Receive a 50% refund, minus a fixed administration fee of $30. Or reschedule with no extra charge, once. Within 2 Working Days of Departure: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, please let us know if you can’t make it, even without a refund, to help our skipper avoid waiting and prevent delays for other passengers. 2. Cancellations by TIRA38 Shuttles Due to Road Closures or Safety Concerns If TIRA38 Shuttles needs to cancel a trip due to road closures or other safety-related reasons, customers will be given the option to: Receive a full refund with no administration fees, or Reschedule the trip at no additional cost. 3. Policy Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. This policy helps us manage a reliable and efficient service for all customers. 5. Definition of "Working Day" For clarity, a "Working Day" refers to a day before the scheduled departure, from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 2PM, closed Wednesdays.
